Eligibility for Returns:
•Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
•Products must be unused, unwashed, without body odor or fragrance and in the same condition as received.
•All original tags and packaging must be intact.

•Final sale items / Coupons or Gift Cards
•Custom or personalized orders
Return Process:
1.Initiate a Return: Contact us at geezmoment@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure all tags are intact and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4.Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at geezmoment@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
